Joel has developed his engineering capabilities across the civil infrastructure sector through successful delivery of masterplanned communities, municipal and Defence Infrastructure projects and programs. His technical experience has been complimented through Project Management roles as civil lead to PMCA of multidiscipline consultant teams.  More recently Joel has led client-side project management teams and incorporated strong leadership and business acumen to ensure deliverables are achieved to industry standards and compliance requirements to ensure client success.
